Our group vacation was a blast! We explored amazing nature trails and the area is full of charm. The staff was super friendly and always had our breakfast orders just right. Plus, if you need extra towels or coffee, they’re quick to help out. Totally recommend it!

The room I stayed in, the Superior Queen Room, was immaculate and had every amenity I needed. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night. The breakfast was a highlight—made to order and full of options. The outdoor garden area was serene, with the sound of the waterfall adding to the relaxing atmosphere. I did feel a bit cramped in the bathroom, as there wasn’t much room for toiletries. I also noticed the walls were thin. I heard conversations from adjacent rooms. Despite a couple of minor issues, my overall experience was quite enjoyable, and I can't wait to return.

I truly enjoyed my recent stay, especially the striking decor and the delicious breakfast made by the attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. it was lovely being just a 15-minute walk from Tanglewood and surrounded by beautiful park views at the nearby wildlife sanctuary.

I had an exceptional stay where I truly appreciated the lovely gardens and welcoming atmosphere that made relaxing easy after my city strolls, not to mention the delightful homemade breakfast that fueled my morning adventures. it was super convenient to be just a short walk from a beautiful town park with miles of scenic trails and also within half a mile of several fantastic dining options for dinner.

I found the common areas beautifully decorated and very accessible, with cozy seating where I enjoyed afternoon snacks. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making my stay delightful. The gardens were a serene spot for relaxation.

A little more seating in the gardens would be nice.

This place was just an excellent fit for an overnight stay in Lenox with excellent value for money. The cider offered was a lovely touch that made us feel welcomed right away. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast. it's definitely worth it!
